Yeah, I met him at one of the Desktop Linux Summits. He said he invented ajax and mp3.com or something, and that mp3tunes will be free forever because server space was always getting cheaper. It is now like 100 bucks a year, and for the amount of music I had, it would have cost me $1k a year to store it on there servers. So, from now on, I do not trust a word that comes out of his month.
