Nothing like taxing the poor.  We already pay taxes for internet, a few
times.  When you buy your equipment needed to use the net, you are taxed.
When you pay the ISP the subscription you are taxed, and you are paying for
it with money you have been taxed on.  The ISP is probably passing some of
their taxes on to you.
