I recently downloaded a "Speedtest.net" app for my android phone. I'm noticing that "McDonald's " is imposing a 256kbs up/dwn cap, tested on 2 different days, and the only person apparently using it.
I'll be testing other hotspots as I visit them. Hopefully our next meeting place will not have restricted WIFI access. Anyone else do some hotspot speed testing? Please post your up/dwn speeds. --Manny
