More so . According to Sourceforge there have been no updates in 818 days and the mailing list archive is no longer available. The project is good, but if no further development is being done I am hesitant ti invest in it.
However you message prompted me to research it further and it appears the project has migrated to Github. (Score!), and it has been updated (PHP5, LDAP, etc.) recently.
