Well a degree doesn't mean much. We have had a 4 year college person in here, and well, hes no longer with us.
What bugs me the most is complex code show off's. The CEO or the Customers dont care, they just want it to work, and be easy to use. I dont understand why people like to make complex code structures, it hard to follow what is going on. One thing about me is that not only am I a Linux sys op, but I also can do js/php/java/sql. When I write code, I understand what is happening inside php and mysql, I know what is going on at the network level. One of our ex dev's seemed to think we had unlimited resources on our mysql server. One thought we could do it all in JS, not thinking about our Customers computers being a POS, and using IE. That is why im requesting experienced people. They should know this stuff. -- Trevor Benedict MrEcho On Wed, Dec 22, 2010 at 10:30 AM, Charles N Wyble <char...@knownelement.com> wrote: > Uh....
