That is somewhat a broad questions. Do you plan to admin web servers(which kind? basic http/s, LAMP, tomcat?)? Database Servers? Hosting/VPS provider?
I think you really need a more narrow goal, at least to start. If you want just general linux knowledge you wont really be able to apply it to a job. Survey dice job posting, see what skills most employers are asking for. If you find everyone needs are in a certain area you'll know what to aim for.
