You should set that up, then you can be connected to all your customer sites through one machine. Won't matter what they are running. (I've seen folks connect to Cisco/Nortel IPSEC with it). OpenVPN is nice, but most folks won't be running that (however if they are a small client that's growing you can convince them to run OpenVPN). Was a fair amount of work to get deployed. It doesn't have a configuration GUI. So if you have a way to build the NAGIOS files then it's a nice tool (plenty out there).
