I have signed up for this to check it out as a competitor to Amazon and my
current service Rackspace Cloud.

Let me tell you, so far, this is VERY beta. The interface is pretty bare,
and upon creating an instance, It didn't provide any password. I tried
everything I could think of related to my account, but it turns out it is
randomly generated, and it didn't email or provide it to me via the
interface. I ended up having to shutdown the instance and use the password
reset function, which was greyed out while the instance was running.

They also don't have a robust option when creating instance, in either
instance size/power or templates. I expect these will come with time before
it is out of beta phases. It looks like it might be running proxmox as a
backend(speculation based on features available and presentation), which
anyone can setup at home if they're itching to set up their own on demand
cloud server or cluster, its very simple.

The other thing is they don't provide an internal address for which you can
access other instances as of now. This is very critical if you're going to
be setting up a frontend/backend high availability environment, or even just
a frontend and database server, since you shouldn't be charged for any data
transfer between the two. They may handle this differently, maybe they don't
need to use a private address to accomplish this, however currently they
don't make this clear.
