We currently use Cloud space in both the UK and Germany, from one company, one cloud, set up for us, which we resell. The company uses Cloudmin and we manage our servers using the DirectAdmin webhosting control panel. We find it robust and reliable. We've never been able to use the built-in ssh control, but we simply ssh into the servers manually the same way we ssh into our other servers. We wouldn't hesitate to use Cloudmin ourselves for our own cloud, should the occasion arise.
