I have recommend a lot people talk to Phonepower (based in CA) and
Speakeasy for these type of services.
The one thing I can tell you to look at is the ping time to the
provider. I currently have PhonePower using business class cable from
Time Warner. Ping time to their server is 12 to 20 ms, which is darn
good. You do not want to exceed 100 ms, that's where issues start, you
can make it work, but not to what most people expect.
