A few weeks ago, someone on here posted on the topic of generating more attendance at our monthly meetings. I thought you would like to know I met someone who runs a weekly Linux Users Group (they call it IE Linux Users Group) at the Blood Orange Info shop, every Saturday at 5pm. Find them in the Historic LIfe Arts Building in downtown Riverside. 3485 University Ave
Disclaimer: The venue is explicitly political, from their facebook profile, their political views are Anarchist/Libertarian Socialist/Anti-Authoritarian Further on: The Blood Orange Infoshop is a collective of artists and activists who believe in the transformative potential of Do-It-Yourself culture and radical political intervention. We collaborate to provide an all ages, non-commercial, space for art exhibits, performances and free education. BOIS is committed to organizing a public venue that is non-hierarchical, drug and alcohol free, all ages, inclusive, and free of oppression. >From there I leave it to you. I will make a meeting or two if I can, I now work most every weekend. -- Christopher Craig 951. 522.9323
