Distri: Ubuntu 8.04 The following try wasn't successful:
step 1: Computer 2: Installed ubuntu and afterwards thunderbird (without creating an email-account). A new path /home/user/.mozilla-thunderbird showes the file "profiles.ini" and the path "bmnwf09.default". step 2: Computer 1 (18 accounts): showes the file "profiles.ini" and the path "l1n269v.default". Copied this path and "profiles.ini" to Computer 2. step 3: Computer 2: sudo chmod -R 777 .mozilla-thunderbird Restarted Computer 2 but thunderbird doesn't work. What is going wrong?
