last time I tried configuring nfs server, I couldn't find opened port for nfsd with # netstat -tuanp | grep ssh and # rpcinfo -p
eventhough # service nfsd status says it's running. Do I REALLY need to install nfs-kernel-driver just to run nfs server? In CentOS I only need to edit /etc/exports and run nfsd, that's it. Hope any openSUSE user could guide me with this. Is this related to AppArmor? With CentOS I could simply disable SELinux and firewall (not a great idea but for a local network use only) -- Regards, Umarzuki Mochlis http://gameornot.net --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Linux Users Group.
