Yes, it has worked earlier, certainly with Ubuntu 6.06 SERVER and also (I think, not 100% sure) with 7.10 SERVER. I use the following command to mount: ncpmount -S SERVERNAME -U USERNAME -P PASSWORD /TARGETPATH Then I change directory to some subdirectory of the TARGETPATH where approx. 50 directories and about 10 regular files are listed. Directory listing with 'ls -al' stops after 20 items, both assorted regular files and directories. Remember: I can descend into directories that are not listed but which I know physically exist on the Netware volume. Moving back up one directory level and again trying 'ls -al' does not change anything. The "invisible" directory I descended into still does not show up.
