Hi,
I'm experiencing a very odd situation. I have a server with 4 CPUs
and 16GB of memory. There are TWO tasks running. Below is the fragment
of the "top" command (sorted by the CPU usage):
top - 01:32:40 up 47 days, 9:33, 12 users, load average: 5.06, 5.05,
4.61

As you can see there are only two active tasks with plenty of free
memory but the load is "5.06"!
How can it be? What can I do to return load to normal value?
Thanks a lot.
