Make sure your device is plugged in and mounted. Remember the device name,
such as sdc1, etc.
In Amarok, go to Settings, configure Amarok, Media Devices at the bottom.
Choose the best plugin. I would try MTP at the bottom for starters.

If it works, then it should show in Amarok itself when you go to Devices at
the bottom of the sidebar. If it shows as your device, then you should be
able to setup playlists and export them. If not, then try a different
plugin.
