sdb is a hard drive, maybe a flash drive. The WP is Write Protection, and
since it saw that it failed, it assumes it can write to it. The second one
is for your HD as well, it received a failed operation code, that it was
unfamiliar with. Neither of these are a big deal, unless you are having
issues with the HDs.
