JTF- I've been playing with sugarCRM ( http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/download/sugar-suite.html) for a bit, and it seems to work fairly well. I haven't seen quite as much support for tracking how a customer's computer is set up, but then again, I have only been toying with it. I'm sure there is something for that, or a community plugin.
