There's a wealth of knowledge at your disposal, KM, especially for a
mainstream distro like ubuntu. Feel free to take advantage of it with
a quick web search, and *then* if you're stuck, come here to ask for
help.
We don't mind helping, but questions oft repeated across multiple
forums are not a productive method for troubleshooting. Ubuntu's own
web forum has a lot of members, and someone is bound to have run into
your problem before (in most cases).
