As I said I have tried numerous live distros, boot cds, rescue cds,
install cds, partition cds, etc ad naseum and nothing will boot just
the error message grub failed. HD is fine as everything worked until I
partitioned to file system LIN 2 which I thought was for Linux and now
I can find nothing on LIN2 so why was it an option under XP??
