As a workaround you might try unloading the driver for mmc0? Before allowing the machine to hibernate? That's assuming you don't use the mmc card, like me. Going by my limited knowledge and the photos it seems to be the problem, but I'm not sure. But this is not really a proper fix. On Debian GNU/Linux I use "modconf" to locate and control driver modules. I don't know if its available in Ubuntu. I believe "rmmod <drivername>" also works for removing a driver.
