Do this: Download this from the terminal http://www.*alsa*-project.org/*alsa*-*info*. *sh* wget http://www.*alsa*-project.org/*alsa*-*info*.*sh
*Then run it: sh alsa-info.sh It will ask you if want to share the information...you should select yes.
