if u didn't have separated volume to install, looks like you have
overwritten your previous XP.it's always good to ask first before you
install.... or use vmware or virtual box to experience.

for this case.. it's best you tried to reboot with xp installer disk and try
to access it.. if u do not format and install on your primary drive.. it's
very possible u can recover both.. but it will be more helpful if u describe
a bit more about your installation process..

and i would recommend fedora over redhat because of its complexity if u want
to use rpm package based.

solutions
