I did some more searches. Every link for anything less than version 11 has been removed from mirrors and other hosting sites. I have pretty good Google-fu, and was unable to find any links that worked anymore. I would contact the company that puts out that API and ask them where you could get it, or if it supports higher versions of opensuse. 10.3 was released in Oct of 2007. If that company hasn't upgraded their software, that's the same as a company only supporting Windows ME versions, which is ridiculous.
