Maybe you can start by specifying what you mean by "Deliberately
failed". In the traditional meaning of the word, this means you tried to
install it, but you decided to cause the installation to fail (by
interrupting the install, maybe?)

What version of the "IBM HTTP Server" (which is just Apache, IIRC) and
the GeoIP module are you trying to install?
