I have used it in the past and have it currently installed. It is a
BIG distribution. It comes on a DVD and its installation tops out at
about 15 GBs. It is Gentoo but it uses precompiled packages for the
most part so you lose the advantage of Gentoo right off. It is slick.
It requires a newer, fast computer. I am not sure who its target user
base is. Anybody wanting to build packages and optimise their computer
would not use Sabayon. They would use Arch, Gentoo or Slackware.
