I am not able to help, but I have F13 installed and am going back to F12. F13 is a step back for me. It did not give me a grub screen so I have no choice when I boot the drive on which it is installed, Packagekit does not ask for a password, my Wacom Bamboo mouse does not work. All of these things worked fine in F12. I am very disappointed in F13.
Good luck!
