Unfortunately, the list makes no mention of price, nor if I have to
install the driver, myself.

Wireless internet is a kind of a new thing for me, something I haven't
really dealt with before.  So I feel like I will be better off
following in the footsteps of somebody who has already attempted it
and been successful.
