Most Linux distros are specific to the desktop environment and use the KDE
or Gnome tools, but SuSE is different. You will want to use the package
manager in the Yast control panel to install the internationalization for
the desktop environment you are using, KDE or Gnome. Make sure that you look
specifically for Tamil.
