Jeremiah, Here is a pastbin with cat of all my grub files and the output of grub-mkconfig at the bottom. the 4.10.0-38-generic is the Sabayon. It is recognizing vmlinuz and initrd. It's identifying it as another Linux Mint entry in /boot/grub/grub.cfg . I'm totally stumped. Any other ideas?
