We hv downloaded the img file thr net n wr trying to pass thr linux dd.
But it was giving the same error no correct driver found.
So in which format the img file shd be converted to get understand by
the kernel. n how to pass it?

Dear Vishal,
Try giving
dd if=<img path> of=/dev/fd0
Then reboot and give
linux dd
