Not a good practise. People shouldn't be communicating off the list for solutions etc. What's the use of having a mailing list if everyone isn't able to read all the emails? It'll be completely useless and very selfish if people start communicating off the list for such matters, because other members won't see the benefits. Not good. Please do not send solutions off the main list. Keep it in the list so that everyone can read.
