responsibilities will include
Linux System Administration where candidates will
install new hardware,
software, troubleshoot software problems,
build/install /configure/test various
Linux applications such as Apache, DNS, Anti-spam
software, Anti-virus software,
Linux based firewalls and others as required. Selected
candidates will
also be responsible for Windows System Administration
where candidates will
build, Install, Configure, Support and troubleshoot

systems and fusion of Windows & Linux environment.
Responsibilities:
* Configuration of system and network parameters.
* Monitoring of system stability and performance.
* Ensuring 24x7 operations.
* Rapid scaling of systems to meet demand.
* Development of tools to maintain and monitor
clusters.
* Provision of support to corporate users.
* Comprehensive documentation of our systems and
processes.
* Should have hands-on experience in setting up
LAN/Linux Cluster
environment with File Sharing.
* Identify system enhancements and upgradation and

Requirements:
* BSc., MSc., Degree in Computer Science/Electronics.
* 3-5 years experience with hands-on Linux systems.
Should be able to install, configure, maintain and
support without assistance.
* Must be able to set up a Linux Cluster without much

* Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP networking and load
balancing
* Extensive knowledge of web servers,
firewalls/security / Linux natting, DNS.
* Strong programming/scripting ability (Perl).
* Fusion of Windows & Linux environment
* Deployment of Web Servers
* Host Based Security using IPTable or Checkpoint
Firewall
* Secure Shell
* DNS/DHCP
* Proxy Sever Deployment
* Mail server Deployment
* Windows Migration To Linux
* Kernel upgrades
* Knowledge of SAMBA, Veritas
* Proficient in Shell Scripting using perl & shell
scripting tools
* Network Design
* Network Management/Monitoring
* Managed Services
* Backup Solutions
* Performance tuning
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
MySQL DBA requirements:
2-3 yrs in installing, configuring, maintaining,
performance tuning and
supporting MySQL databases on Windows and Linux
platforms.
