In qmail some time you have to send a test mail to
that id which is newly created. for buildup mbox. try
to send a test mail to new created id i hope your
problem will be solve. the other problem related to
password, in ldap you can change your password.
through ldap command first run ldapsearch command take
the output in one file then modify that file by change
password, after that run ldapmodify command. hopefully
your problem will be solev.
