Here are the unofficial minutes of the RMS lecture at Patkar Hall.

1. RMS made a simple entry to the stage at around 1745 hours.
2. Dr Nagarjun of FSF India introduced RMS.
3. RMS started his lecture.
4. RMS sipped a cup of tea.
5. RMS started with how he was drawn into writing free code - The four
tenets of GPL.
6. RMS sipped a cup of tea.
7. RMS tells us all - Right from coding emacs to other GNU software to
their search for a kernel.
8. He tells us the difference between Linux and GNU/Linux.
9. RMS sipped a cup of tea.
10. RMS calls Microsoft Windows XP the greatest spyware program.
11. He talks about the importance of free software in schools and colleges.
12. RMS sipped a cup of tea.
13. Finally RMS puts on a robe and a proverbial halo - "The church of emacs...."
14. Q and A session.
15. GNU/Linux stickers distributed.
16. RMS sipped a cup of tea.

A memorable experience. Pity all those who missed it.
