Hi,
Do you have a working DNS server in your setup, coz sendmail (or methink any
mail server) will not work without a DNS server. Also after setting a DNS
server you are required to add a line "<MAILSERV> IN MX 0 <IPADDR>" in
the zone file of your server. Try this methink u'll get the desired output.

We log into Windows domain, which is located in US. Now I have installed Sun
Solaris on one of the Sun Sparc 280-R machines. I did some settings in sendmail
to send e-mails. However, we we try to send an e-mail using mail-x, it errors
out prompting that DNS not found.
The company's e-mail exchange server is configured on Microsoft Windows. What
additional steps do I need to do to make this happen
