We used to provide full (upload/download) access of the files section to all members. However, some members misused this feature to upload illegal content. Now, members can only download files. Files can be uploaded by moderators only. If any member needs to upload a file, please send it to any of the moderators. The moderator will upload the file. Credit will be given to the original poster. Also note that attachments are not permitted for the same reason. Please do not attach any documents (like resumes) while sending mails to the group.
