Hi all.. I want to setup a proxy server (squid - transparent) with firewall. The system will also have DNS and an Apache server--> primarily for the intranet. I was considerring to make home partition as LVM and give it a large capacity.
But, /tmp and /var may also need to be big is size as there could be continuous logging. I am a little confused on the partition sizes (partitioning shceme) that i should ideally implement.
