Dear Sachin,
If you go on dell site you will find the driver and download link select your
server model there but I blv you will not find 2960 model in there list.
But what you can do try to install driver of 2970 OR 2950 on server with linux
dd cmd don't download RPM download tar file and make bootable disk with rawrite.
For desktop also you can download driver ( rpm ).
