Applications: MS Office, MS Project, Flash MX, Photoshop 9, MS Frontpage, Visio
Programming Language: Java, C++, SQL, Unix Shell, COBOL
Internet Scripting: Java Script, ASP, Action Script, VB Script, JSP, HTML, DHTML
Database: SQL Server, MS Access
Other IT Skills: Manage / installation / configuration / maintenance of overall
administration, application servers &! ; database. Implementation of Project
plans within pre-set budgets & deadlines, prepare System / Process / case
study, understand & meet clientÂ’s needs, achieve customer satisfaction
Other Managerial Skills: Technical decision making ability for various
technologies and complex IT infrastructure. Remote IT Management experience
with industry standard tools is a plus. Troubleshooting ability, documentation
and communication skills. Develop and Train teams on the floor to enhance their

Education: Post Graduate, Graduate from Science or Engineering
Experience: 2 years hands on experience in technology

Operating Systems: Unix (HPUX/Solaris), Linux, AIX (5L0, IBM i5/OS
Security: Database and OS security, Hardening, Access Policy, Log Monitoring

Desired Skills and Experience:
Writing articles to explain remote infrastructure management concepts for
end clients.
Writing marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, service
catalogs, sell sheets etc.
Writing documentation which sets the standard for products, processes and
certifications such as ITIL, BS7799 and all the applicable ISO standards.
Writing RFP, RFQ responses, preparing technical responses for clients.
Writing user manuals, hardware and software documentation, and operation
instruction booklets for employees.
Writing online knowledgebase systems that go beyond to explain technical
terminology in layman terms.
