Hi Aqueel,
to retrive your linux OS, boot your PC with linux boot disk or insert linux
CD1 & when the main menu comes just type Linux rescue and press enter. After
that mount the / partition & go to /etc folder in that check the loli.conf
file, in that which OS is default OS, if the default one is Linux don't do any
thing just close that file & type lilo -v & reboot it, or the default OS is
windows change it to linux & save the file & type lilo -v & reboot. Now your
both OS will work
