My previous query worked for me fine, but that just solved half of my
problem, I need to restrict users sending out X number of *mail per hour* (
its usually that we have client that run batch files { which composes new
mails every minute to huge mailing lists } )
Also is there a way to restrict/ limit the number of pop per user
