Hi this messeges come normaly when u r harddisk or porcessor is busy. goes of 
after some time
   
  u can bye pass this messege to /var/log/messeg instead on coming to consol
   
  just edit /etc/syslog.conf and check this line
   
   
  *.emerg                                                             *
   
   
  comment this line or
   
   
  *.emerg                                                           
/var/log/messeg or any file /var/log/cpu
   
  restart syslogd service or reboot
   
   
  u will not getting this messeges on screen
