We have total suse environment (server open suse 10.2 desktop 5 macs 20 open
suse 10.2)
1)--Please tell me what are the config files for NFS and NIS for above scenario
As i checked on server /etc/exports contains shared directories
But /etc/yp.conf contains not a single entry still nis authentication is
working
Previously they use to add users using YAST ,nfs and nis they have done using
YAST only.
2)---Is there any way to install OS on 20 machines simultaneously .
(In rhce exams we have done same thing using nfs but we have to insert boot
media)
We want some thing like .. we will run a script from server and os should be
installed on client side
3)--- If we have installed an OS on the client then in case of installing
softwares from server it should be done using scripts running on server
simultaneously on 20 machines
Please help me in these issues
