Hi Pushparaj,
General format of yum is:
yum [option] [command] [package]
In your script you can use yum -C Packagename OR
 It can also be set in the [main] section of the yum.conf 
configuration file, the name of the configuration option is given as 
yum -C 
OR
yum localinstall packages.
