Make one logical nic card on the same folder where ur original nic cards.and
assign ip to that logical nic.In physical nic you give master- bond
pls check the following example for reference. its from a running bong
config file.

NETMASK=255.255.254.0

IPADDR=10.1.0.32

TYPE=Ethernet

MASTER=bond0

SLAVE=yes

HWADDR=00:14:5E:7A:7E:BE



DEVICE=eth1

USERCTL=no

ONBOOT=yes

MASTER=bond0

SLAVE=yes

BOOTPROTO=none

TYPE=Ethernet
