Hi, Dual core processor technology is same as the HT technology, in this both the cache memory is shared at a time with only single processor.. Whereas in Core Duo technology the cache memory is shared at a time with both processor making it very speed n it gives high performance. In Dual core the 2 cpu's are integrated one upon one as virtual but in Core Duo they are placed beside each other. There are many other diff between them compare to FSB, Cache, GHz....etc Regards, Mubeen Nakade.
