Hello everyone. Linuxvadapav is growing. The existing moderators are not able to approve messages in quick time. This is leading to lots of messages being delayed. Most of the old timers aren't active anymore. I think only three or four moderators are active. We need more moderators!
Requirements: 1. Have a general idea about netiquette, like not top-posting, which messages to approve and which to deny. 2. Have easy net access and should be able to check his/her mail frequently (atleast once a day). 3. Have the patience to handle first-time offenders and show them the right way of posting messages. Core responsibilities: 1. Approving messages that you deem fit the usage guidelines of the group. 2. Removing members that demonstrate proper netiquette from moderation, so their messages do not require approval the next time they post. 3. Guiding offending-members by showing them the correct way of posting. 4. Promoting GNU/Linux and the Linuxvadapav Group. Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
