this wont help, ultrasurf runs on 127.0.0.1:9666 which connects to some chinese
ip on port 443
ultrasurf makes ur browser to connect on 127.0.0.1:9666
so if u really want to block it then block 127.0.0.1:9666 on all client PCs
alternative u can block all chinese ip for port 443
