I thing better to use kmail client and forward it on your outlook email ,
 
if it is not possible then copy it on windows desktop and drag and drop it in 
outlook.

Already i posted regarding this conversation. any how the below information for 
your reference.
 
 
Interesting task. but we have to do some tricks on it..... Evolution saves 
mails that are in folders in .mbox format by default. So, you should be file to 
backup the folder /home/yourusername/ .evolution/ mail and reimport the mails 
in windows using mail clients that support the mbox format, thunderbird should 
to the trick.!!!As per Thunderbird import & export formats it can accept .mbox. 
so you can import easily mails. next you have to export as a .dbx so that you 
can import to the windows Microsoft Office Outlook / Outlook Express.
 
For Contact directly you can export as a .vcard and import to MS Outlook 
express.
